Your personal data collected may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, THe PineHill Hotel & Suites our shareholders and public institutions and natural persons authorized under the law for the purposes and conditions of personal data processing set forth in Articles 8 and 9 of the LPPD in order to allow our business units to carry out necessary activities to make sure that you can make use of the products and services offered by our Company, customize the products and services offered by our Company according to your preferences, usage habits and requirements and offer you the customized products and services, ensure the legal and commercial security of our Company and the parties with whom our Company engages in business relationship (administrative operations carried out by our Company for communication, ensuring the physical security and inspection of Company-owned locations, business partner/customer/supplier (authorized representatives or employees) assessment procedures, legal compliance process, administrative works, etc.), determine and implement the commercial and business strategies of our Company and implement the human resources policies of our Company.
