Our exclusive À la carte restaurant is open from 8am until late for anyone who wants to try out our delicious food. It offers many classic dishes with our own unique touch and, because of this; we have gained a deserved customer base and praise.
Our founder and still head chef today, Münüre has tried to set us aside from other restaurants in the village by serving very high quality food at affordable prices despite sourcing 80% of our ingredients, such as herbs, vegetables and fruit from our own farm in Kabaağaç, where we grow produce, as organically as possible, with no unnecessary chemical alterations or processes. Not only are our ingredients as fresh as possible, but we also home-make everything on the day that we serve it, from the chips to our delicious stocks and sauces. Also our Yorkshire puddings are the only ones in the world to be cooked in a wood-fired oven.
