Our Grandfather’s favourite summer choice was tomato, cucumber, onion and parsley diced and dressed in a simple olive oil, lemon and sun-dried chilli sauce.

Our tuna comes from premium tuna steaks fished off the coast of Gelibolu and is served with a salad of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, sweet corn, onions and mayonnaise with sliced baby potatoes and a lemon and olive oil dressing. The plate is garnished with sliced boiled eggs and matured black olives.

Simple, with slices of smoked Norwegian salmon served with a garnish of seasonal salad, slices of Turkish toast and a sour cream dip.

  • Greek Salad (XL)

A traditional Greek salad, with a Turkish twist to keep the peace. Created with leafy greens, tomato, cucumber and feta cheese, and tossed with our choice of seasonal fruit-from melon, figs, berries, peach and plums- that are ripe and ready to be eaten. Finished with our olive oil and lemon dressing.

Often called ‘’ Turkish Pizza ’’, Pide is a traditional Turkish dish that is prepared using different techniques to the European-style Pizza. The base is rolled out longer and thinner, coated with the topping of your choice and baked in our wood-fired oven until crispy, then stroked with butter. Unlike the stone-baked pizza there is no tomato base, so the flavours you taste come purely from the ingredients in the topping you choose.

Our tomato sauce is only made from the produce we grow ourselves, and the herbs are also picked from our organic vegetable garden.

An Italian staple that ties together our very own tomato sauce, garlic and fresh basil into a dish of effortlessly Mediterranean flavours.

Our beautifully thick tomato sauce, fresh bay leaves and fresh oregano create a satisfying dish for your dinner.

  • Neptuna

The coupling of our homemade tomato sauce and tuna creates an appetising dish, especially with the combination of sweet corn, sauteed onions and fresh bay leaves. As with our tuna salad, the tuna we use for this recipe comes from premium tuna that is fished off the coast of Gelibolu.

  • Blue Cheese

A dish of simple ingredients, but one that is rich and strong in flavour, with a creamy sauce of a garlic butter base, cream, blue cheese and a grating of mild cheddar.

This is one of our best selling pasta dishes. With just the right balance of a creamy sauce with pieces of bacon, mushrooms, and cheese, this is a  deliciously satisfying dish to enjoy.

A new, succulent addition to our menu uses our creamy carbonara dish of bacon, mushroom and cheese with sauteed  chicken for a supremely gratifying eating experience.

  • Bolognaise

A combination of quality ground beef and our homemade tomato sauce, with a  carefully selected fusion of herbs and spices make this the ultimate Italian pasta dish. Served with mild grated cheddar cheese, and parmesan is available upon request from your waiter.

Cooked traditionally on an earthenware skillet is this Turkish casserole of akya fillet chunks with seasonal vegetables in a tomato sauce and oven baked with a topping of mild cheese.

  • King Prawn Güveç

A casserole of freshly peeled king prawns cooked traditionally on an earthenware skillet, in a tomato sauce with seasonal vegetables and oven baked with a sprinkling of mild cheese.

All vegeterian dishes are served with a combination of your choice of roast potatoes, potato wedges, homemade chips, rice, freshly mixed crisp salad and fresh seasonal vegetables topped with a cream & cheese sauce.

  • Ratatouille

A medley of fresh aubergines, sweet peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes and courgettes, cooked in a red wine and basil sauce, creates our delicious version of the French classic.

  • Vegetable Stir-Fry

An Eastern-inspired stir-fry of broccoli, spring onions, carrots, ginger, garlic, capsicum and courgettes with the oriental flavouring of soy sauce.

  • Garlic Mushrooms

Our main course of mushrooms, using freshly picked ingredients, is perfectly pan-fried and brought together with a classic white wine, garlic and cream sauce.

  • Vegeterian Shish Kebab

A wonderful skewer of fresh mushrooms, onions, green peppers and aubergines gradually grilled until crisp but tender and brought together with a freshly made garlic and tomato sauce.

All house and Turkish specials are served with a combination of your choice of roast potatoes, potato wedges, homemade chips, rice, freshly mixed crisp salad and fresh seasonal vegetables topped with a cream & cheese sauce.

  • Desti Kebab

We please ask our guests to order the Desti Kebab one day before, due to the method of slow-cooking we use to guarantee an authentic dish. From a choice of beef, chicken, lamb or a mixture, this is a traditional Turkish dish akin to a casserole style with sweet peppers, mushrooms, potatoes and a selection of seasonal ingredients. The dish is sealed in an earthenware pot with a hat of dough and cooked gradually in our wood-fired oven. The pot is used once just for your order and cracked open at your table. Beef is finished with a fresh bay leaf, chicken with fresh basil, and lamb with fresh rosemary. An ideal meal for two.

  • Cupra Fish Baked in Rock Salt

We please ask our guests to order this dish one day before so that we can slow-cook your meal to guarantee an authentic taste. Cupra fish is a Mediterranean seabream, which is lightly seasoned and then covered in rock salt. The slow method of cooking hardens the  rock salt and ensures the flavours of the fish are preserved, and the texture is still moist and tender. The fish is served to you still encased in the rock salt, which we break open at your table.

  • Lamb,Chicken or Beef Güveç

Cooked traditionally on an earthenware skillet is this Turkish casserole of succulent lamb, chicken or beef, oven-baked with a melting of mild cheddar cheese.

  • Lamb, Chicken or Beef Shish Kebab

A must-eat when in Turkey; skewered chunks of the meat of your choice, char-grilled and served to you on Lavas bread with roast vegetables and a chilli ezme dip.

  • Kofte

Kofte is the  Turkish equivalent of meatballs which we make from 100% prime beef. The kofte is cooked on a skillet with roasted seasonal vegetables in our wood-fired oven and baked with a mild cheese.

  • Lamb Tandir

This is our famous  lamb dish for which we marinate a leg of lamb that is then sealed and cooked in a traditional earthenware cooking pot until beautifully tender to the taste. When ready, the lamb is plated, off the bone in a honey gravy made from its own juices.

  • Liver and Onions

The old English favourite of liver and onions, pan-fried  and served in our homemade onion gravy is reminiscent of good recipes gone-by.

  • Sizzling Fajitas

Cooked in a wood-fried oven with a taste of traditional Mexico are these sizzling fajitas served with fresh flour tortillas and a choice of a spicy beef, chicken or  vegetarian topping. We serve these with dips of cheese, chilli, and sour cream. If you finish your plate of fajitas and  are still craving more, please feel free to order more for no extra charge.

  • Chicken or Beef Enchiladas

Soft flour tortillas rolled and filled with sautéed sweet bell peppers, onions, cream and chicken or beef. We then cover the tortillas with our homemade tomato sauce and oven-bake with cheese in our wood-fired oven.
