From humble beginnings as a poolside bar, to finding its feet as one of Hisarönü’s places to be, The Reef Bar has prospered into one of the most unique and thriving bars in Hisarönü. Wanting to enhance the caring service the hotel provided during the day, the bar was founded in 1999 by our dedicated staff members Halit Sertan Saraç (Sonny), Şerif Durna (Sherrif), and Erkan Sarıoğlu (Charlie) to continue our hospitality into the night. Our growing success owes its thanks to the staff who have worked here with us and from the wealth of support we have received from our guests, year upon year. Although the opening of the bar was a first-time experience for our staff, it inherited an influential history from The Holiday Hotel, as the resort was previously named.
Unique drinks are made, wherever possible, using the best quality original ingredients for flavour that is unbeatable.
We offer gourmet style world cuisine, with a unique presentation and ingredients sourced from far and wide and freshly prepared by our highly skilled, world travelled chefs in a high-tech kitchen.
