Vitello tonnato – This extra large portion is enough for a main meal.

A classic Italian dish of Mediterranean greens, mixed with a hint of sundried tomato sauce arranged and topped with braised cold slices of veal sandwiched with tonnato paste made from finely sliced green beans and tuna blended with white wine vinegar, egg yolks , onion and garlic to create a creamy adventure for your tastebuds.

Sicilliano salad

A bed of fresh Mediterranean greens served with fresh mozzarella, juicy organic tomatoes and drizzled with a tangy raspberry infused Sicilliano reduction.

Chargrilled Mediterranean vegetable salad

Mediterranean green salad arranged under crunchy marinated and grill-sealed courgette, aubergine and carrot, topped with fresh mozzarella and drizzled with homemade pesto.

Rocket salad

Lightly bruleed (with a blow torch) to from a golden crust, rich creamy goats cheese, fresh rocket, forest berries and a balsamic sauce garnished with cherry tomatoes and peeled juicy lemon segments

Spartan salad

Juicy home grown tomatoes, red capsicum pepper, yellow capsicum pepper, green capsicum pepper, cucumber, olives, creamy feta cheese, coated in toasted sesame seeds, and red onion, dusted with dry oregano and dressed with fresh lemon juice, vinegar and virgin olive oil.

Roman Caesar salad -This extra-large salad is enough for a main meal.

Crispy Roman lettuce, succulent chicken breast, sweet cherry tomatoes served with a homemade crunchy, finely shaved croutons of baguette and garnished with shavings of parmesan cheese and accompanied by homemade pesto and homemade Caesar dressing.

Octopus salad

Turkish pizza-lahmacun

Crispy lahmacun is the same diameter as our pizzas but with a thin crust traditional base topped with hand chopped finely minced beef mixed with tomato, pesto and herbs and spices and garnished with rocket, parsley, lemon and tomato and our homemade red onion pickle.

All of our burgers are homemade using the finest premium ingredients.  Our buns are homemade,  and glazed with wholegrain mustard and honey butter, and all are served with our trio of flavoured homemade fries, Mediterranean greens, and a selection of sweet chilli sauce, guacamole, and fresh, homemade coleslaw.

All of our pasta dishes are served with your choice of homemade pasta, made using traditional Italian recipes and ingredients, and cooked al dente. Our sauces are made using our home-grown produce wherever possible and all of our herbs are home grown and hand-picked for the ultimate fresh flavour burst.  Choose your favourite, from penne, spaghetti, fettuccini or tagliatelle.  For the Linguine Nero dish, we use black linguini.

A grilled premium fillet steak cooked to your taste, with creamy mashed potato, infused with a hint of truffle oil, and topped with grilled diced red peppers in olive oil and rosemary, porcini mushroom sauce and lightly steamed asparagus topped with a nest of crispy shredded leeks.

Rack of Lamb

A demi-glazed rack of lamb (4 ribs), grilled to your liking, served with grilled vegetables and hasselback,(fan sliced and baked)  potatoes.

Steak a la crème

Bourguignon fondue

A unique presentation of an excellent quality sizzling hot oil over a burner, brought to your table and surrounded by a platter of diced fresh mushrooms, onions, aubergines, peppers and cubed fillet steak for you to cook to your liking using skewers.  Served with a trio of dipping sauces, Cafe du Paris, Demi-glaze, and Sweet chilli.

Creamy almond chicken

Sautéed chicken breast with a delightful French onion, almond and mustard cream sauce served on the side of fresh al dente tagliatelli tossed in a homemade butter.

Grilled boneless chicken breast with a café du Paris sauce served on top of grilled vegetables with  Mediterranean greens.

Chicken Shashlik

Marinated chicken breast pieces, in a lemon pepper sauce, skewered, and served with Mediterranean vegetables, a chilli sauce dip, fresh red onion pickle, Mediterranean greens, and fluffy rice.

Fish grills are all served resting on asparagus, with oven cooked organic sweet potato, carrot puree and beetroot puree.

Salmon grill

A grilled premium fillet of salmon resting on asparagus, with beetroot puree, carrot puree and a rich Roquefort cream sauce, served with Mediterranean ratatouille on tomato sauce.

Antakya special (cross-cultural food area) Traditional Turkish Pumpkin Dessert

Pumpkin is left overnight soaking in slaked lime and water.  This creates a crisp candied exterior with a beautifully soft and sticky centre.  This dessert is the most famous in the Antakya region and served with a traditional delicious Turkish ice cream, which has a more chewy toffee texture and is hand churned.  Topped with tahini, honey, and sprinkled with crumbled walnuts
