INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE LAW NO. 6698 ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/span><\/h2>\n

This information notice is served under the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“LPPD”) in the capacity of Data Controller to the business partners, shareholders and customers of \u201cG\u00fcndem Ofset Yay\u0131nc\u0131l\u0131k \u0130n\u015faat G\u00fczellik Merkezi \u00d6zel E\u011fitim ve Turizm A.\u015e.” and natural or legal persons it maintains contact with in order to fulfill its information obligation.<\/span><\/p>\n

b. For what purpose personal data will be processed:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Your personal data may vary depending on the services, products or commercial activities of your Company, and may be collected verbally, in writing or electronically through automated or non-automated means, offices, branches, dealers, call center, website, social media platforms, mobile applications and similar means. Your personal data may be created, updated and processed as long as you make use of our company’s products and services.<\/span><\/p>\n

c. To whom and for which purposes the processed personal data may be transferred;<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Your personal data are obtained in all kinds of verbal, written or electronic environment for the purposes set forth above in order to offer the products and services we provide as the Company in accordance with the defined legal framework and to allow our Company to fulfill its responsibilities arising under the agreement and the law in this regard in full and correctly. Thus your personal data collected for such purposes may be processed and transferred for the purposes set forth in Articles (1) and (2) of this text in accordance with the purposes and conditions of personal data processing set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the LPPD.<\/span><\/p>\n

Under the LPPD, as regards your personal data, you are entitled to<\/span><\/p>\n

– if personal data are processed, request information on such processing;<\/span>
– learn the processing purpose of the personal data and whether such collected data are used for the intended purpose;<\/span>
– learn the identity of third parties to whom personal data are transferred in or out of the country;<\/span>
– request correction of any personal data which is processed incompletely or inaccurately;<\/span>
– if grounds requiring the processing of your personal data cease to exist, request their deletion or destruction;<\/span>
– request your corrected or deleted, or (if applicable) transferred data to be notified to third parties to whom personal data are transferred;<\/span>
– file an objection against an outcome which is against your interest, as a result of analysis of the processed data exclusively with automated systems, and<\/span>
– claim compensation of any damages you suffer as a result of unlawful processing of the personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the application you will file for exercising your above-mentioned rights you hold as data subject which will contain your explanations related to the right you want to use, your claim should be clear and understandable, should be related to you personally, or if you are acting on behalf of others, you need to be specifically authorized on the issue and your power should be documented, your application needs to contain identity and address information and you should attach documents proving your identity to your application.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this connection, applications shall be concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. Such applications are free of charge for the moment. However, if the procedure requires an additional cost, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.<\/span><\/p>\n
